**Join Our Passionate Team as a Postpartum Registered Nurse!**
- **Position:** Registered Nurse, Mother-Baby / Couplet Care / Post Partum
- **Shift:** Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
- **Experience Required:** 2 years of nursing experience
- **Job Type:** Complete flexibility with shifts and floating opportunities
- **Weekend Requirement:** Yes, as per unit needs - 2 Fridays, 2 Saturdays, and 2 Sundays per 6-week schedule
- **Certifications Required:**
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
**What You'll Do:**
- Provide compassionate, family-centered care for postpartum mothers and newborns
- Support patients following both vaginal and cesarean births
- Care for late preterm and term newborns, including those needing extended observation or specialized neonatal care
- Focus on maternal recovery, newborn well-being, patient education, and safe transitions to home
**Special Requirements:**
- Standard Mother-Baby unit experience
- Ability to float between like units and sister facilities as needed
- Ratios: 1 nurse to 3-4 couplets
- Charting: Epic
- Scrub Color: Navy Blue
