The position involves caring for patients in the Mother Baby Unit.
This unit has 34 private couplet rooms.
There are 78 staff members on the unit.
The typical patient ratio is 1:3-4 couplets.
The equipment includes Alaris pumps and bilirubin blankets/lights.
The electronic medical record system used is Cerner.
Candidates must be team players who enjoy teaching.
Experience caring for patients on Magnesium Sulfate post-delivery is preferred.
STABLE certification is a plus.
Weekends are required, and there are no on-call shifts.
This role is crucial for ensuring high-quality care for mothers and their newborns following delivery.
