Must manage high-risk obstetric patients with diverse needs. Experience handling postpartum complications is essential. Requires ability to float between various units as needed. Demonstrated capacity to manage patient care for multiple couplets effectively. Candidates with experience in substance withdrawal care preferred. Must commit to working six weekend days during the contract. Ability to work in a high-volume, high-census environment is necessary. Strong interpersonal skills are crucial for effective patient and family communication. Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care is required. Willingness to participate in continuous education and professional development.
