Schedule:
Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Weekend requirement of 3–4 shifts per scheduling period. No on-call required. Tuesday start date.

- 70-bed mother/baby unit in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Patient ratio of 1:3 couplets (6 patients total)
- Electronic medical records system (CPN EMR) for streamlined documentation
- Supportive team environment with charge nurses, resource nurses, and patient care technicians on each shift
- Typical procedures include mother/baby care, lactation support, phototherapy, blood sugar monitoring, and IV antibiotic administration
- Minimal floating required; when needed, assigned as a resource nurse
Requirements:
- Active Texas RN license or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Minimum of 1 year recent mother/baby nursing experience required
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certifications
- NICU or postpartum experience preferred
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and strong teamwork skills
