Operating within the 20-bed Medical/Surgical ICU at Salem Hospital—a 400+ bed Level III Trauma Center and prominent member of the Mass General Brigham system—this high-earning position features an approved 48-hour overnight schedule (4x12-Hours, 19:00 PM - 07:30 AM / 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM; 36-hour option also available). Floating Commitment: Candidate must agree to float to Med/Surg units (ratios 1:4–1:5) when needed. Telemetry rhythm strip interpretation is required. Submittal Rules & Compliance: Active MA RN license, AHA BLS, and ACLS must be active and uploaded with the initial submission packet. 2+ years of continuous ICU/MICU experience must be documented clearly on the resume.
