Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | 3 x 12-hour shifts per week | 36 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and health management
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Arizona
- Current BLS certification
- Prior experience in a Medical Surgical nursing environment
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts including weekends and holidays as required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a rehabilitation or acute care hospital setting
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
