    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care on a Medical and Pediatrics unit, caring for adult patients with conditions including respiratory illness, stroke, neurological disorders, gastrointestinal illness, diabetic management, renal failure, sepsis, wound care, and acute alcohol withdrawal (travelers do not take pediatric patients)
    • Float to all inpatient units as needed throughout the contract
    • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using EPIC
    • Manage patient ratios of 1:6–7 on night shifts, prioritizing patient safety and quality of care
    • Collaborate with team members and ancillary staff to ensure the best possible patient experience
    • Adhere to all facility infection control policies, including masking requirements during flu season if vaccination is declined
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Wisconsin RN License required
    • BLS certification through AHA or ARC required
    • Minimum 2 years of registered nursing experience
    • EPIC charting experience required
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Trauma Level II experience highly preferred
    • Ability to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and adapt to frequent changes throughout a shift
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a positive, flexible attitude
