Job Title

Contract | Nights | 3×12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Complete required facility orientation modules, ECG rhythm recognition assessment, and safeMedicate assessment prior to or during orientation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license must be in hand at time of submission - no pending licenses accepted
• Active AHA BLS certification required - must be in hand at time of submission
• Active AHA ACLS certification required - must be in hand at time of submission
• One professional reference from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty from within the past 12 months is required (co-worker references will not be accepted)
• Background check reviewed by facility; open cases or any license hits will not be accepted
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience within a single Med/Surg Telemetry location preferred, though combined experience will be considered
• Familiarity with ECG rhythm recognition and medication administration competency assessments
• Prior travel nursing experience within a large health system environment
