Contract | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) | 36 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical unit during night shift hours
- Manage a patient ratio in alignment with unit staffing guidelines alongside RN team members
- Follow proper PPE protocols when caring for potential isolation patients
- Adhere to facility attendance and call-out procedures, including required advance notification prior to shift start
- Complete facility orientation and badging process prior to first clinical shift
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Experience in a Medical/Surgical nursing setting
- Ability to complete facility clearance and floor orientation prior to first shift
- Ability to obtain EMR access and facility badge before beginning assignment
- Willingness to wear required facility scrub color (royal blue)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a rehabilitation hospital or similar inpatient setting
- Familiarity with isolation precautions and PPE protocols
