    Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and update individualized plans of care through patient and family interviews, health record review, and discharge planning, incorporating cultural, religious, physical, and psychosocial needs.
    • Administer therapeutic measures as prescribed, including medications, IV therapy, respiratory therapy, and mechanical ventilation support.
    • Initiate appropriate emergency measures, including resuscitative actions in the event of cardiac or respiratory arrest, when a physician is not immediately available.
    • Plan, provide, and document patient and family education on preventative, curative, and rehabilitative measures, accounting for learning needs, styles, barriers, and readiness.
    • Provide oversight, delegation, and technical guidance to licensed practical nurses and unlicensed personnel in assigned or delegated tasks.
    • Record observations, nursing interventions, therapeutic measures, and coordinated activities; evaluate and document patient progress toward care outcomes.
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Oklahoma RN license or valid Compact RN license.
    • Minimum of 3 years of registered nursing experience.
    • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
    • NIH Stroke Scale certification required.
    • Ability to work with pediatric patients.
