Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Full-Time Hours

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit during overnight shifts
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor and document patient status, reporting changes in condition to the appropriate care team members
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington or compact eligibility
• Current BLS certification required
• Experience in a Medical Surgical setting
• Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an acute care or hospital-based Med Surg environment
• Strong critical thinking and time management skills in a fast-paced setting
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
