Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) | 3 x 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical setting during overnight shifts
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in clinical status
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona or compact license eligibility
- Current BLS certification
- Prior experience in a Medical/Surgical nursing environment
- Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a rehabilitation or acute care hospital setting
- ACLS certification
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
