Contract | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical and/or Telemetry unit during night shift hours
- Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Float to other units or facilities within the health system as needed, provided requisite job specifications are met
- Complete required onboarding and annual compliance modules via the designated learning platform prior to and during assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active California RN License
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical and/or Telemetry nursing
- COVID-19 vaccination and booster required — proof must be provided at time of submission
- Prior travel nursing experience within the last 12 months required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ACLS certification
- CPI certification
- Prior experience in a teaching hospital setting
