Job Title
Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical (Nights)
Provide direct patient care on Medical Surgical units, including ortho, surgical, stroke, cardiac, respiratory, dialysis, and hospice patient populations
Manage a patient assignment within a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio, adjusted based on acuity
Float between two Medical Surgical units (5th and 6th floor) as needed
Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Cerner EMR
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes across a 36-bed unit environment
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid for practice in Missouri
BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical nursing experience
Willingness and ability to float between Medical Surgical units as assigned
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with telemetry or step-down patient populations
Familiarity with Cerner EMR
Experience in ortho, surgical, or stroke care settings
