Contract (8 or 13 weeks available) | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Weekends Required | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical setting during night shift hours
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Adhere to facility compliance standards including scheduling and time-off policies
- Maintain active, unrestricted Arkansas RN license (or compact equivalent) throughout the duration of the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active Arkansas RN license or multi-state compact license — must be in hand at time of submission
- Minimum of 2 years of Registered Nurse experience
- BLS certification required
- No hits or restrictions of any kind on nursing license
- Must not have been a staff employee at this facility within the past 5 years
- Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted
- Requested time off must be minimal (under 1 week) and submitted at time of application; no blocked scheduling
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred, though not required
- Familiarity with Med-Surg patient populations and high-acuity environments
