    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes
    • Collaborate with physicians, fellow nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
    • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patients' conditions, treatments, and progress; report changes or concerns promptly to appropriate team members
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to facility policies and protocols
    • Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote overall wellness
    • Teach and direct clinical support staff, including LPNs and Medical Assistants, in the performance of delegated acts for implementation of the therapeutic plan of care
    Required Qualifications
    • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the New Hampshire Board of Nursing
    • Prior nursing experience required; new graduates will not be considered at this time
    • Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
    • Current ACLS certification
    • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and equipment
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient and facility information
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience in a medical-surgical or internal medicine clinical setting
    • Familiarity with nursing process documentation and electronic medical records
    • Experience directing or mentoring LPNs or Medical Assistants in a clinical environment
