    Key Responsibilities
    • Practice at the highest level of RN licensure by delivering quality, competent care in accordance with state board of nursing standards and evidence-based best practices.
    • Assess, plan, organize, and direct nursing functions while collaborating with patients and the interdisciplinary care team to implement individualized plans of care.
    • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation while upholding the confidential status of all medical records.
    • Provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and caregivers within a compassionate, service-oriented environment.
    • Educate patients, families, and coworkers to support health needs and promote a continuous learning atmosphere, including orientation of new staff.
    • Participate in quality and process improvement initiatives and maintain a safe, clean working environment in compliance with all applicable policies and protocols.
    Required Qualifications
    • Current Registered Nurse licensure issued by the State Board of Nursing in Illinois or Michigan.
    • Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification required prior to start date.
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
    • Prior experience as an RN in a healthcare environment.
    • Basic proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office applications.
