Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical unit in accordance with facility protocols and nursing standards of practice
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver safe, effective patient care
- Monitor and document patient progress, changes in condition, and responses to treatment
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered, adhering to safety and compliance guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license valid in the state of Tennessee (or compact license eligibility)
- Minimum of 2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
- Current BLS certification required
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in a Med/Surg setting
- Strong critical thinking and adaptability skills in a fast-paced inpatient environment
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
