Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg- Provide comprehensive patient care in a medical-surgical setting.
- Assist in the assessment of patient needs and development of care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements of the RN - Med Surg- Current RN license in the state of Illinois.
- BLS certification required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical-surgical environment.
