Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a 14-bed Medical-Surgical unit
- Manage a patient assignment at a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma or compact license eligibility
- Current BLS certification
- Prior experience in a Medical-Surgical nursing setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in an acute care inpatient environment
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) documentation systems
