Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Every Other Weekend | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide total patient care for a Medical Surgical unit with a patient ratio of 1:6 to 1:7
- Deliver direct bedside nursing care across a 36-bed unit during day shift hours
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Cerner EMR
- Complete all required ALC modules in accordance with facility standards
- Float to other units as needed based on census and staffing requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Completion of all ALC modules
- Minimum of 1 year of Medical Surgical nursing experience
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR system
