Contract | Travel | Nights, 3x12 | 36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week | 26-Week Assignment | Every Other Weekend Required (7a–7p)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit serving inpatient and sling bed populations
- Manage a patient ratio of up to 6:1 in a 25-bed unit environment
- Document and manage patient records using EPIC EMR
- Perform nursing assessments, interventions, and care planning in alignment with unit protocols
- Operate independently and with self-motivation in a fast-paced clinical setting
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Current NIHSS certification
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Current PALS certification
- Experience with inpatient and sling bed patient populations
