Key Responsibilities- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
- Coordinate patient care with other disciplines and departments
- Utilize critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in clinical decision-making
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification from an approved vendor
- Proficiency in EPIC and Cerner electronic health record systems
Preferred Experience / Skills- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Acute care facility experience
