Contract | Travel | Nights | 3x12s (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 36 Hours Guaranteed Weekly | 20-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a 30-bed Medical Surgical unit with a 1:4/5 patient ratio
- Work night shift hours including every 3rd weekend (Saturday and Sunday), at least 2 Mondays and 2 Fridays per 6-week period, and maintain holiday availability based on unit need
- Document patient care and clinical information using Epic EMR
- Float to like units as required by staffing needs
- Maintain full availability during the first week of assignment for onboarding and orientation
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license valid for practice in Indiana
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a travel RN on a Medical Surgical unit
- Proficiency with Epic EMR
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Background in Acute Care or Medical Surgical nursing
- Experience with Medical Surgical patient populations
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a flexible approach to scheduling
