Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Cardiac Med/Surg unit during overnight shifts
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for cardiac and medical-surgical patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition, initiating appropriate interventions as needed
- Accurately document all patient care activities in accordance with facility policies and standards
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license valid in Tennessee or a compact state license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Current BLS certification required
- Experience in a Medical-Surgical or Cardiac Med/Surg setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Familiarity with cardiac monitoring and telemetry
- Strong critical thinking and adaptability skills in a fast-paced hospital environment
