Travel RN – Medical/Surgical (Weekend Nights)

Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights | Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical unit during weekend night shifts
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions in accordance with facility protocols
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the care team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation throughout each shift
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license valid in Tennessee or a compact state
- Minimum of 2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
- BLS certification required
- Ability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in a Med/Surg setting
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into new care environments
