Description:
Provides competent clinical nursing care consistent with professional standards.
Reports and is accountable to the Nurse Manager/Director.
Responsible for coordinating and delivering patient care utilizing the nursing process in a hospital setting.

Uses patient education materials and assesses readiness to learn.
Identifies patient outcomes and revises care plans as needed.
