Medical Surgical / Telemetry Registered Nurse (Days + Call)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Med-Surg/Telemetry unit during day shift hours (7a–7p)
- Monitor and manage patients in a Med-Surg/OBS setting at a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio
- Support Step Down patients at a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio as needed
- Administer and manage medications using Omnicell dispensing systems
- Operate Alaris infusion pumps and document care using Meditech EMR
- Participate in call rotation alongside full-time staff during periods of low census
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Arizona or compact state eligibility
- Hands-on experience in Medical-Surgical nursing
- Experience with Telemetry monitoring
- Ability to work a set day shift schedule (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
- Comfort with low-census call periods as part of a rotation with full-time staff; up to 3 cancellations may occur during the contract
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Step Down unit experience
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR
- Prior experience with Alaris pumps and Omnicell medication systems
