Job Title

Contract | Days | 3×12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit
• Perform and interpret ECG rhythm recognition as assessed during orientation
• Administer and manage medications safely in accordance with facility protocols, as evaluated through orientation assessments
• Document and track hours worked using the designated time-tracking platform
• Complete NIHSS certification prior to start date
• Participate in annual hands-on competency requirements and facility-required modules as applicable

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license - permanent Ohio license or compact state license required and must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of permanent experience in Medical Surgical / Telemetry
• Active AHA BLS certification required and must be in hand at time of submission
• Active ACLS certification required and must be in hand at time of submission
• Must be willing to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start
• One reference from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty from an assignment worked within the past 12 months is required (Charge RN references accepted; co-worker references not accepted)
• Local candidates are welcome and will be considered at the same rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience gained within a single location preferred, though combined experience across facilities is accepted
• Familiarity with ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessment platforms
• Background free of open licensure or background check issues
