Contract | 13 Weeks | Days 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Full-Time | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Medical Surgical Telemetry unit with a 1:5 patient ratio
• Monitor and manage post-surgical patients in alignment with surgeon preferences, established order sets, and protocols
• Utilize telemetry monitoring to assess and respond to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes throughout the surgical recovery process
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and progress using the facility's electronic medical record system

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Indiana
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 1–2 years of Medical Surgical or Telemetry nursing experience
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not eligible
• Valid driver's license with permanent home address available for submission verification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner electronic medical record system
• Background in orthopedic or post-surgical patient care
