Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit in accordance with facility protocols and nursing standards
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver quality patient outcomes
- Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner within the facility's electronic health record system
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Arkansas or a compact state license
- Experience in a Medical Surgical nursing setting
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
- Ability to fulfill a 13-week travel contract commitment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Familiarity with acute care or hospital-based Medical Surgical environments
- Strong adaptability and ability to quickly acclimate to new facility workflows and systems
