Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Friday – Sunday) | 13-Week Assignment | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit during overnight shifts
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Monitor and document patient conditions, treatments, and responses in the facility EMR system
- Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and clinical standards throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications- Active Alabama RN license or active Multistate (Compact) RN license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of 3 years of recent Medical Surgical RN experience
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify as a travel placement
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in a high-volume or acute care Medical Surgical environment
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems used in hospital settings
