    Contract | Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) | Onsite | Weekend and holiday requirements apply

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care on a 28-bed Medical/Surgical unit with a 1:4–5 nurse-to-patient ratio, managing general medical patients including those with sepsis, COPD, bowel obstructions, CHF, and related diagnoses
    • Titrate drips including insulin and heparin infusions as required
    • Monitor telemetry independently using a centralized remote monitoring system accessible via Ascom app; ability to read strips preferred
    • Collaborate with CNA support staff (1 CNA per 10–14 patients) and coordinate care within the unit
    • Float within the regional hospital network as needed, supporting additional facilities within the designated region
    • Adhere to unit-specific orientation requirements and maintain compliance with dress code standards
    Required Qualifications
    • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) state licensure
    • Current AHA BLS certification required
    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
    • Ability and willingness to float to other facilities within the regional network as needed
    • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • 2+ years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
    • BSN degree preferred
    • Experience reading telemetry strips independently
    • Familiarity with titrating insulin and heparin drips
