    Contract | Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) | Onsite | Weekend and holiday requirements apply

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care on a 28-bed Medical/Surgical unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4–5, managing general medical patients including those with sepsis, COPD, bowel obstructions, CHF, and related diagnoses
    • Titrate drips including insulin and heparin infusions as required
    • Monitor telemetry via a centralized remote monitoring system; ability to read telemetry strips independently is expected as no on-unit tele monitor techs are available
    • Collaborate with CNA support staff and coordinate patient care across the unit
    • Float within the regional hospital network when additional support is needed at partner facilities
    • Adhere to unit-specific orientation requirements and professional dress code standards
    Required Qualifications
    • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) state licensure
    • Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
    • Ability and willingness to float to partner facilities within the regional network as needed
    • Availability for weekend and holiday shifts
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • BSN degree preferred
    • 2+ years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience preferred
    • Experience reading telemetry strips independently
    • Familiarity with titrating insulin and heparin drips
