    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care on a 28-bed Medical/Surgical unit with a 1:4–5 nurse-to-patient ratio, managing general medical patients including sepsis, COPD, bowel obstructions, CHF, and similar diagnoses
    • Titrate drips including insulin and heparin infusions per unit protocols
    • Monitor telemetry via a centralized remote monitoring system accessible through a mobile application; ability to read own strips preferred
    • Collaborate with CNAs (1 CNA per 10–14 patients) and interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe, quality patient care
    • Manage patients requiring CPAP and established BiPAP respiratory support
    • Float within the regional hospital network as needed, supporting additional facilities when required
    Required Qualifications
    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
    • Current and valid Washington State RN licensure
    • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required
    • Ability to work day shifts, weekends, and holidays
    • Willingness and ability to float to other facilities within the regional network as needed
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • BSN from an accredited nursing program
    • 2+ years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
    • Experience reading telemetry strips independently
    • Familiarity with titrating insulin and heparin drips in an acute care setting
