Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care within a Medical Surgical setting
Work within both primary and team nursing models
Read and interpret basic cardiac rhythm strips as part of ongoing patient monitoring
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support positive patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current ACLS certification
Current BLS certification
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret basic cardiac rhythm strips prior to start
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a Medical Surgical unit
Familiarity with both primary and team nursing care delivery models
