Contract | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | Expected 36 hours/week | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a busy Medical Surgical department within a Critical Access Hospital setting
• Deliver acute care nursing services across a 13-bed Med Surg unit
• Float to a 6-bed critical care unit as needed
• Participate in weekend and holiday shifts as part of the expected schedule
• Maintain compliance with all applicable RN licensure and scope-of-practice requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — must be valid in the state of Washington or through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• Prior experience in Acute Care nursing
• Ability to commit to a 13-week contract assignment
• Availability for weekend and holiday shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience strongly preferred due to potential float to a critical care unit
• Familiarity with Critical Access Hospital environments
• Experience in a multi-specialty or flexible unit setting
