Contract (13 Weeks) | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit with a 6:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
- Deliver nursing care across Med Surg floors totaling over 70 beds
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Cerner EMR
- Float to other units as required to meet staffing needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, quality patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- PALS certification required within 6 months of start date
- Proficiency with Cerner EMR
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Experience floating across multiple units or floors
