Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care across multiple Med/Surg units as part of a float pool
- Monitor and manage patients requiring BiPAP and high-flow oxygen therapy
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania (PA) Registered Nurse license required prior to start
- Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience
- Experience with BiPAP and high-flow oxygen therapy required
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ACLS certification preferred
- Prior float pool or multi-unit nursing experience
