Contract | 11 Weeks | Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 39-bed Medical Surgical unit serving adult and geriatric populations
• Manage and treat common diagnoses including fractures, COPD, hypertension, chest pain, CHF, and infections
• Utilize the Paragon electronic health record (EHR) system for documentation and patient management
• Float to weekend coverage as required per unit needs
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team within a Joint Commission Accredited facility offering orthopedics, spine services, cardiology, general surgery, women's care, ED, and behavioral health services

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in North Carolina or a compact state
• Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical nursing experience
• No on-call requirements for this position
• Ability to commit to an 11-week travel contract with an expected start date in late September 2026

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with the Paragon EHR system
• Experience caring for adult and geriatric patient populations
• Familiarity with common Med Surg diagnoses such as COPD, CHF, and hypertension management
