Contract | 13 Weeks | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Onsite | Travel
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a 39-bed Medical Surgical unit serving adult and geriatric populations
- Manage and treat common diagnoses including fractures, COPD, hypertension, chest pain, CHF, and infectious conditions
- Utilize the Paragon electronic health record (EHR) system for documentation and care coordination
- Float to weekend assignments as required by unit needs
- Adhere to facility dress code: navy blue scrubs
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license valid in North Carolina or a Compact state
- Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical nursing experience
- No on-call requirements
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts as part of float requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Paragon EHR system
- Background in orthopedics, cardiology, or general surgery patient populations
- Experience in a Joint Commission Accredited facility
