Transplant Med-Surg / Tele / SDU – Registered Nurse

Contract | Night Shift | Every Other Weekend and Every Other Holiday Required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Transplant Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and Step-Down Unit
- Monitor and assess patients requiring telemetry and step-down level care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support transplant patient care plans
- Assume intermittent charge nurse responsibilities as needed
- Participate in charge nurse training and shadowing opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Experience in Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, or Step-Down nursing
- Ability to work night shifts, every other weekend, and every other holiday
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a transplant or specialty Med-Surg unit
- Previous charge nurse experience or leadership interest
- Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and interpretation
