Key Responsibilities
Provide direct care to medical/surgical adult inpatients, including orthopedic, neuro-surgical, and Level 1 trauma patients
Prioritize zero-harm principles, patient safety, and delivery of quality care
Manage patient pain effectively and in a timely manner
Conduct proactive rounding to assess and address patient needs
Perform bedside hand-off to ensure continuity and accuracy of patient care
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Experience in a medical/surgical inpatient setting
Demonstrated ability to care for adult inpatient populations
Strong commitment to patient safety and quality care standards
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience with orthopedic, neuro-surgical, or Level 1 trauma patients
Familiarity with pain management protocols in an acute care environment
