    Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | 4 weekend shifts per 28-day schedule | Holiday rotation required

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care on a 30-bed Medical/Surgical unit with a 1:6 patient ratio
    • Manage patients with a variety of conditions including respiratory diseases, renal disease, GI illnesses, and telemetry needs
    • Perform and oversee procedures involving CVCs, indwelling catheters, heparin drips, IV pumps, and SCDs
    • Document patient care accurately using the Meditech electronic documentation system
    • Utilize communication boards to support patient experience standards
    • Collaborate with Clinical Coordinators, Unit Secretaries, PCTs, and Case Management team members
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Minimum of 2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
    • Proficiency with Meditech or comparable electronic health record system
    • Strong teamwork, compassion, collaboration, and communication skills
    • Ability to float and participate in unit rotation as needed
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience with telemetry monitoring in a Med/Surg setting
    • Familiarity with managing heparin drips and central venous catheters
    • Experience working in a high-acuity Medical/Surgical environment with diverse patient populations
