Contract | Days | 3×12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) | Weekdays with every other weekend required | Onsite
Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 32-bed Medical Surgical Telemetry unit serving cardiac, vascular, surgical, pulmonary, and telemetry patients
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Float within scope of practice to other units as needed based on staffing requirements
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Cerner electronic health records
• Participate in every other weekend rotation as required by the unit

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical / Telemetry specialty experience required
• Active WV RN License or Compact RN License required; pending license accepted at time of submission
• BLS/BCLS (AHA) required
• ACLS (AHA) required
• Must maintain a permanent address greater than 100 miles from the facility; candidates residing between 75-100 miles may be considered on a case-by-case basis

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner electronic health records
• Prior travel nursing experience in a Medical Surgical or Telemetry setting
• Familiarity with Level IV Trauma Center or major teaching hospital environments
