Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Includes weekend rotation (4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical unit within a large regional referral and trauma center
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients during day shift hours
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Adhere to facility dress code and departmental protocols throughout the assignment
- Complete required facility learning modules prior to and during the assignment as directed
Required Qualifications
- Active Wyoming RN license with no disciplinary actions or hits on record (verified within the last 30 days)
- Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Minimum of 24 months of Medical Surgical nursing experience, with experience within the last 12 months
- Valid driver's license required to verify residency
- Ability to start on the assigned start date or no more than one week later; no requested time off during the first week of assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
- Experience working in a Level II Trauma Center or large regional hospital environment
- Flexibility with shifts, departments, and locations is strongly advantageous
