    Contract | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) | No call

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care on a 29-bed unit serving adult through geriatric populations, including orthopedic and medical surgical patients
    • Care for high-volume patient populations including total joint replacements, fracture repairs, and kyphoplasties, as well as inpatient and 24-hour observation medical patients
    • Utilize telemetry monitoring capabilities as part of patient care
    • Collaborate with on-unit physical therapy resources to support patient rehabilitation without requiring unit transfers
    • Serve as Charge RN as needed
    • Float to other campus locations as needed
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — must be in hand at time of submission
    • BLS certification required
    • Minimum 2 years of RN experience
    • Previous travel nursing experience required
    • Charge RN experience required
    • EPIC EMR experience required
    • Must pass a compliance EKG exam (2 attempts allowed)
    • No open background cases permitted
    • Third-party education verification required; degrees from schools on the Florida Diploma Fraud Audit list will not be accepted
    • Current driver's license required to verify address
    • Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
    • Requested time off must be submitted with the application; no post-submission RTO will be accepted
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience with orthopedic patient populations, including total joint replacements and fracture care
    • Familiarity with telemetry monitoring
    • Experience in a high-volume acute care or medical surgical environment
