Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit in a rotating day and night shift schedule
- Work every other weekend and every other holiday as part of the standard rotation
- Float between assigned Medical Surgical units as needed to meet staffing demands
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with facility policies and clinical standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year of travel nursing experience required
- Experience in a Medical Surgical setting
- Ability to work a rotating day/night schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to float between units as assigned
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a large acute care or academic medical environment
- Strong adaptability and ability to transition between units with varying patient populations
