    Key Responsibilities
    • Interpret and implement the plan of medical care while ensuring nursing care is delivered in a safe and competent manner.
    • Assess patients' conditions, monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient status, and report findings appropriately.
    • Administer medications and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.
    • Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and documentation.
    • Consult and coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
    • Modify patient treatment plans based on individual patient responses and conditions.
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
    • Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience required.
    • Minimum 1 year of Level 1 / Academic Medical Center (AMC) experience required.
    • Proficiency in medical terminology and clinical documentation.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive patient information.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience providing age-appropriate care across relevant patient populations.
    • Demonstrated ability to accurately screen and triage acute patients.
    • Familiarity with interdisciplinary care coordination in a fast-paced acute care environment.
