Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit during night shift hours
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in compliance with Joint Commission accreditation standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to manage and monitor patient outcomes
- Support a high-volume facility serving a large acute patient and emergency room population
- Adhere to all facility policies, protocols, and unit-specific procedures
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in West Virginia or a compact state
- Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical nursing experience
- All required certifications must be obtained and verified prior to start date
- Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible as a travel candidate
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in an acute care setting
- Experience in a high-volume hospital environment
- Familiarity with a broad range of surgical service lines including orthopedic, vascular, or trauma
